The price of the BillMate is 295 EUR/workstation. 14 days after the installation the
software asks for a licence key which can be obtained via e-mail from
Comeira´s Customer Service (if you have paid the licence fee).
Version updates costs 29 EUR/workstation. We are launching two new versions in a year. Customers does not have to buy new version
updates but it is prefere because software maintenance is covered by the update fees. We do not have separate maintenance
fees like many other softwares usually have.
Prices of The Network Use
295 EUR is the price for the one workstation. If you like to use this software in several workstations you need to purchase as many
licences as needed. It is always recommended to ask offer from the
Comeira´s Sales Service if you need several licences. Discount is 20-50% depending of the amount of licences.
In network use, it is needed to have a database server. Comeira can rent the server for the price 12 EUR per month/workstation
if customer does not have own server. The price includes automatic back up service.
Membis Online Registrations
Membis Online Registrations is a solution that can be used for receiving online registrations to the Membis Member Register. New registrations are
stored temporary to the Comeira´s server and user can download them to the database of Membis. Download function creates automatically
new members to the database and manual input is no needed to do.
The start fee of Membis Online Registrations is 159 EUR which includes:
Creation an online form on the Comeira´s server
Making a download program to satisfy client´s needs
The maintenance fee of Membis Online Registrations is 69 EUR per year.
Membis WebShop Lite
Membis WebShop Lite is a small web shop solution. WebShop Lite includes one order form for one or max. 3 different items. New orders are
stored temporary to the Comeira´s server and user can download them to the database of Membis. Download function creates automatically
new customers and orders to the Membis and manual input is no needed to do.
The start fee of WebShop Lite is 159 EUR which includes:
Creation an order form on the Comeira´s server
Making a download program to satisfy client´s needs
The maintenance fee of Membis WebShop Lite is 69 EUR per year.
Membis WebShop Pro
Membis WebShop Pro is a complete web shop solution that uses the same database as Membis Membership Management Software.
The start fee of WebShop Pro is 249 EUR which includes:
Web Shop installation on the Comeira´s server
Setting up connection between Membis database and WebShop Pro
The maintenance fee of Membis WebShop Pro is 24 EUR per month.
Please Note: WebShop Pro can be used only if Membis database is installed on the Comeira´s database server. Database server
costs 12 EUR per month/workstation. The price includes automatic back up service.
Please Note: WebShop Pro supports credit card payments (interface). If you want to use this payment method you have to
make a contract with the payment service provider (Luottokunta). Luottokunta has an own pricelist for this service.
