What does the software authorization mean?
In 14 days within the first running of the program, the program will check if user has paid the license needed to run
the program. Authorization happens so, that the program will ask the user for a PIN code for a randomly selected
identification code. If the user has a valid license, he/she will get the PIN code from
Comeira’s Customer Service
to be entered to the program. After entering PIN, program runs again normally and no more authorizations will be made.
Why does the software run authorization?
Nowadays the best way to fight software piracy is authorization check by randomly selected identification code, that
is why us in Comeira Ltd have chosen to act this way. With these procedures we can ensure that our programs are not
used illegally and so we are also able to guarantee further developing of our software.
How can I give feedback concerning the software?
All the feedback concerning our software are to be made via email to
Comeira’s Customer Service
or with the form on these web pages
How can I update to the latest version at hand?
When a new version of our software is published, all users are being sent an email containing a net
address from where an update patch can be downloaded. It is worthwhile to annonce your email address
to Comeira, so that you can get on-the-date information of our software. Email addresses given to
us won’t be given to any other use.
What am I to do if my email address changes?
Comeira Ltd. is keeping a record of all our program users, which we use to inform our clients of
new version updates, possible bugs, etc. Informing clients on these subjects is to be made mostly
via email. So, if your email address changes, you should inform
Comeira’s Customer Services.
